Under the supervision of the Administrative Director of Residential Services, the Program Manager is directly responsible for the day-to-day clinical and programmatic supervision of the program. Quality of care, responsible stewardship of revenue and attention to hospital's administrative processes are all critical components of this position.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience in mental health setting.
- At least one year supervisory and administrative experience.
- Demonstrate good clinical assessment, diagnostic and treatment skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid drivers' license in good standing.
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and information databases, retrieval and analysis of data
Education Requirements: Master Degree in Social Work or related field; Professional Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
