Your Opportunity

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of families and young people? Join our team and lead the delivery of impactful Reconnect and Toward Home Prevent programs.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of 8 staff, driving high-quality, compliant, and client-focused services that create meaningful outcomes in the local community.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and inspire the delivery of high-quality services to clients
  • Ensure the program responds effectively to diverse client needs using best practice approaches
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes in line with Mission Australia policies and procedures
  • Oversee program budgets and ensure all expenditure is within approved limits
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting aligned with organisational and contractual requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen program outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals

Requirements for Success

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services, Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex teams in a service delivery environment
  • Strong experience in financial and budget management
  • Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with professionals and external organisations

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
