Deliver trauma-informed supported playgroups for vulnerable children and families, collaborate with hub staff, monitor child development, maintain resources, report to the program manager, and uphold child-safe practices and wellbeing safeguards.

Provide cultural authority and guidance to staff and leaders to ensure culturally safe, responsive services for First Nations people. Build and maintain relationships with Elders, Traditional Owners, and community organisations; advise on referral pathways and community matters (including Sorry Business); support cultural capability building, staff mentoring, and community engagement to embed local First Nations voices into service design and delivery.

Provide front-of-office reception and administrative support for clients accessing mental health and community services. Manage calls, emails, scheduling, documentation, referrals, data entry, filing, and liaison with internal teams and external agencies to support program operations.

Deliver play-based early learning programs, maintain safe and inclusive environments, observe and document child development, ensure compliance with NQF/NQS and organisational policies, support daily routines, collaborate with families and colleagues, and promote child safety and wellbeing.

Provide inclusive, play-based education and supervision for children aged 3–5. Maintain safety, monitor health with parental guidance, implement learning programs, and participate in continuous improvement within a team.

Lead and support regional administration to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
