Leads Mission Australia’s HR partnering function, manages and develops HR Business Partners, and advises senior leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, organisational change, restructures, engagement, retention, and workforce planning. The role builds leadership capability, supports complex workforce matters, analyzes workforce insights, and collaborates with specialist HR, legal, safety, payroll, and learning teams.

Provides face-to-face case management for public and Aboriginal housing tenants experiencing housing instability.
