About you

You’re an experienced Program Manager who can lead large, complex programs and keep people aligned behind a clear direction and vision. You’re commercially aware, calm under pressure, great with stakeholders, and confident making decisions that keep delivery on track.

Day‑to‑day, you will:
  • Lead and own the overall direction of the program, making sure it aligns with business and customer goals.
  • Manage risks, issues, priorities, resources, and communication across multiple projects to keep delivery on time and on budget.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring program outcomes meet strategic objectives.
  • Guide and support project teams, providing clear leadership and maintaining momentum throughout the program lifecycle.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Experience delivering large or complex programs such as business transformation, system roll‑outs, integrations, or multi‑supplier delivery.
  • Professional certifications such as Prince2, AgilePM, PMP, MSP, or ITIL.
  • A background in areas like portfolio management, benefits realization, consultancy, or customer success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and influence decision‑making at senior levels.
