Job Summary
Team Development – lead, train, coach, and develop onboarding team members to work in collaboration with the Director of Operations on performance, attendance, and conduct issues as well as staffing or resourcing needs
Customer Service – create a service-focused team culture that delivers an excellent experience to all stakeholders (ie: business managers, suppliers, program sponsors)
Project Management – Management of special projects as assigned/necessary inclusive of communications plans
Audit & Compliance – ensure compliance with Pinnacle Group policies, contractual requirements, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including process controls and reporting
Relationship with Key Stakeholders – demonstrate influencing and relationship management with key stakeholders in Procurement, Finance Business Operations, IT, Suppliers
Program Daily Operations - escalations, team support, daily distribution, management of daily operations
Data Analysis - evaluate program data, create analysis and present to internal and external stakeholders
