Key Responsibilities
- Provide performance oversight of all contract work and ensure delivery of required reports and deliverables, including the Monthly Status Report.
- Maintain full authority to act for the Contractor on all program matters relating to:
- Daily operations
- Contractor personnel management
- Overall contract management and contracting issues
- Serve as the single Point of Contact (POC) for Government staff (e.g., KO, COR, and other stakeholders) and provide programmatic reporting.
- Lead program/project management operations and resource all task order requirements, including:
- Staffing and workforce planning
- Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) accountability
- Tasking responses and execution management
- Establish and maintain an effective Quality Control (QC) Program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS and contract requirements.
- Work to the most current Government-accepted version of the QC Program and ensure consistent implementation across the effort.
- Ensure all work is properly transitioned and documented in the Phase-Out Transition Plan.
- Provide minutes of all meetings, including dates, times, and attendees with email and/or phone contact information.
Required Qualifications
- Current PMP certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field
- Substitution: An additional five (5) years of job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant program/project management experience supporting government contracts or similar complex operational environments.
- TS Clearance
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a prime interface to Government leadership (KO/COR engagement)
- Strong delivery management skills supporting recurring reporting and compliance deliverables
- Experience implementing and managing QC programs aligned to contract requirements and performance standards
- Familiarity with staffing/resourcing models, surge planning, and subcontractor coordination (if applicable)
- Experience tracking and managing GFE accountability
