The Role
About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Program Manager to design, launch, and lead a new Client Advisory Board (CAB) in support of building our next generation Supply Chain Finance platform. This role is central to ensuring the voice of our clients directly informs product strategy, platform design, and delivery priorities.
Reporting into the Commercial Bank's Product organization, you will work closely with Product Management, Relationship Management, Technology, and senior leaders across the business. You will build and run a best in class advisory program that yields actionable insights, strengthens client partnerships, and influences the evolution of our digital platform.
This is a high visibility opportunity to shape a foundational listening mechanism for the Commercial Bank and directly accelerate the impact of a major strategic initiative.
What You'll Lead & Deliver
Stand Up and Own the Client Advisory Board Program
  • Design and launch a comprehensive CAB strategy-including charter, governance, membership model, cadence, and engagement mechanics.
  • Define clear goals, success metrics, and operating rhythms that drive consistent value for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Drive Actionable Customer Insight Generation
  • Plan, facilitate, and execute CAB sessions, workshops, and listening forums to surface insights that meaningfully shape product direction.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to distill themes, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
Strengthen Client Engagement and Advocacy
  • Build strong, trust based relationships with priority clients and partners; become a strategic connector between their needs and our product vision.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to ensure clients are informed, engaged, and see value as active contributors to the platform's evolution.
Enable Product Strategy & Roadmap Decisions
  • Translate CAB insights into actionable recommendations for the Product Management team.
  • Maintain a structured insights repository and "feedback-to-action" loop to ensure client input is visible, measurable, and embedded in decision making.
Deliver Operational Excellence
  • Manage end to end logistics for CAB programming, including content development, pre reads, post session communications, and follow ups.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Events, and Communications teams to ensure a premium advisory experience.
Champion Risk, Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all CAB processes comply with Wells Fargo policies, including data privacy, client communications, and advisory activities.
  • Maintain transparent documentation and governance in alignment with regulatory expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, customer insights, client engagement, consulting, product management, or related fields
  • Experience designing or operating large-scale programs, governance structures, or cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong facilitation experience with senior external and internal audiences
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Financial Services, Commercial Banking, Supply Chain Finance, or B2B client engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer feedback into insights and actions
  • Experience partnering with product, technology, and relationship management teams
Job Expectations:
  • Travel: 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
