Job Description:

Position Summary:
The Program Manager, Market Operations is responsible for the collaborative planning and execution of critical projects, including both clinical program and risk adjustment initiatives. The role will focus on providing operational support, performing data manipulation, analysis and validation, and relationship management to support successful outcomes for the initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:
• Manage projects and processes for multiple partners, including clarifying objectives and priorities, gathering requirements, creating project plans (deliverables, metrics, timelines, owners), and facilitating project execution, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Support the Senior Manager, Operations and Planning with managing day-to-day tasks including updating data sets and reports, maintaining work plans and timelines, preparing status reports, ensuring projects and processes status are communicated to all stakeholders
• Maintain detailed project and process documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, deliverable tracking, file specifications and risk management plans.

• Design and populate templates with data and information from multiple sources to create practice specific reports.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

• Lead investigation of issues and supports determining root causes. Collaborates with other departments for issue resolution
• Support or facilitate negotiations with project and process stakeholders to identify barriers or resources needed, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to requirements for both agilon and practice partners

• Provide support with organizing in person meetings and events for physicians and office staff

Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum Experience
• Experience with data manipulation/analytics with demonstrated ability to work in Excel with large and complex data sets (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas).
• 1+ years project management experience
• Ability to work with diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred

2. Education/Licensure:
• Bachelor's degree in related area, preferred.
