Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Managing multidisciplinary projects from requirements to volume manufacturing through all PLC stages
  • Managing multidisciplinary interfaces between R&D, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Field.
  • Managing the projects Work plans, Risks and Budget
  • Providing market-oriented inputs, detailed specifications and priorities
  • Overall responsibility for on-time delivery of high-quality products addressing world-class performance, reliability, manufacturability, maintainability, and competitive cost of goods
  • Managing customer activities: installations, Beta, Evaluations for new product

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Engineering or first degree in technical related field
  • Experience as Development (HW or SW) Team Leader / System Engineering - at least 3 years of management experience
  • Strong R&D background in multi-discipline systems– an advantage
  • Significant experience working with customers in highly driven markets
  • Experience in the semi-conductor industry/capital equipment development – an advantage
  • Leadership and execution capabilities – must
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills in English- Must
  • Experience in program\project management - an advantage
