Program ManagerRoles and Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s contracted personnel for multiple technical, logistical, and programmatic projects within an U.S. Army Project Office.
- Develop and implement, upon government management approval, a detailed plan for the overall contractor support management of the U.S. Army Project Office. Establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility within the contractor’s company. Successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the task order requirements.
- Manage the timeliness and quality of work performed and effective management of the workforce.
- Serve as the single point of contact between Senior Program Manager and the contractor personnel assigned to support these task orders.
- Serve as the designated site-lead to manage the day-to-day task order performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university and 10 years of experience
- Must have an understanding of the products supported in the Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions Project Office.
- Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A current Secret Clearance is required.
