Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic Cost of Care initiatives across the organization. The Program Manager will partner with clinical, operational, market, product, analytics, and technology stakeholders to facilitate implementation, monitor progress, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support achievement of enterprise objectives.
Projects and initiatives may be moderately to highly complex and involve collaboration with providers, executives, vendors, market leaders, and internal stakeholders to implement innovative programs, operational processes, and care models. The successful candidate must be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while effectively communicating across teams, functional units, and leadership levels.
Location:
This is a hybrid position where the individual will split their time working in provider practices and remotely in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Individual must be located in the Grand Rapids, MI area.
Initiative Planning & Execution- Manage assigned initiatives through the full project lifecycle, including clarification of objectives and priorities, requirements gathering, development of project plans, facilitation of implementation activities, monitoring of progress, and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, ownership assignments, and communication plans to support successful initiative execution.
- Coordinate implementation activities across participating markets and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Support the development of business cases, project charters, implementation plans, and post-implementation reviews for strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and governance forums, including preparation of agendas, tracking of action items, documentation of decisions, and follow-up on commitments.
- Maintain project documentation, risks, dependencies, and key project artifacts to support effective execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify barriers to execution, escalate risks appropriately, and support resolution of operational challenges.
- Assist with establishment and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, and department procedures.
- Create and communicate project milestone documents, project dashboards, status reports, and departmental success metrics.
- Compile, validate, and summarize operational, adoption, implementation, and performance metrics to support ongoing evaluation of initiative effectiveness.
- Support preparation of presentations, status updates, and project communications for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Partner with clinical, operational, market, product, analytics, and technology stakeholders to support execution of Cost of Care initiatives.
- Coordinate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Experience
- 3+ years of healthcare clinical, operational, administrative, program management, or related experience.
- Experience supporting projects or initiatives in a matrixed environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experience coordinating work across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
