Your role
- Leading a team of project managers, youll work with customers and partners to deliver sophisticated security, access control, and CCTV solutions on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.
- The focus will be on the project and financial controls, as well as collaborating with our engineering teams and suppliers to keep progress firmly on track.

- Much of your work will be office-based, here at the HQ in California, but be prepared for travel to meet customers, as well as remotely managing your team.

You
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Security industry
- Ideally, PMP cert from the Project Management Institute
- An impressive record of managing complex, high-value projects within the security industry
- Proven experience in effectively managing teams
- Excellent leader, presenter, and organizer who can maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Experience and/or certifications in Lenel and Software House
- Valid Drivers License
