Manage and develop Application Engineers delivering system integration and technical projects. Oversee staffing, training, P&L, project estimates, server/database/application setup, test plans and commissioning, customer meetings, contract compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Install, configure, program, test, commission, and support access control and video management systems. Integrate solutions with customer infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and databases, train technicians, maintain documentation, participate in project meetings, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Support finance team with bank and intercompany reconciliations, GL updates, forex management, VAT compliance and GRNI. Assist month-end close (journals, accruals, reconciliations), coordinate with external tax consultants, and contribute to global finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support and enhance regional deployments of server-rack access control systems. Program and manage back-end access control applications, provide remote commissioning, monitoring, break-fix support, train partners, document processes, and collaborate with engineering, security, and customers to drive system improvements and incident response.

Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator: configure and maintain NetSuite (workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports), support users, troubleshoot standard and customized behaviors, manage sandbox testing and upgrades, coordinate integrations and data imports, document configurations, drive process improvements, and provide user training while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR, IT, and external partners.

Support PMO, program and project managers with scheduling, resourcing, planning, documentation, client liaison, progress monitoring, QA testing, and small moves/changes to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Develop and maintain CAD/Revit tools and templates to automate repetitive tasks, ensure data flow across teams, support low-voltage security system design, deliver training and documentation, manage client onboarding, and maintain design quality and standards.

Support the PMO by scheduling, planning, forecasting, coordinating resources and equipment, liaising with clients, maintaining documentation, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and on-time delivery, and managing small moves/adds/changes. Travel up to 25% and act as point of contact to resolve project issues and communicate status.

Design and produce client-focused physical security system designs and documentation (drawings, BOMs, single-line diagrams). Collaborate with project teams, architects, contractors, and global design center to maintain standards, tools, and timelines while tracking time and managing client design assets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, custom physical security and application engineering projects. Define scope, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop SOWs/RFQs, run system design reviews, engage clients, forecast resources, enforce cost controls, and drive process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

Provide administrative and coordination support to program and project managers: schedule and track resources, budgets, and timelines; liaise with clients; maintain project documentation; monitor progress, quality assurance, and expenditures; communicate status and resolve blockers to ensure projects complete on time and within budget.
