Deliver and support enterprise physical security integration projects across the full lifecycle: install, configure, test, commission, troubleshoot access control, alarm, and video systems; integrate with customer networks and databases; work with customers and field teams; produce documentation; train users and technicians; respond to incidents and ensure compliance with standards and safety.

Support project and program managers in planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting for security systems projects. Track schedules, resources, labor, expenses, and milestones; coordinate site meetings, resolve issues, maintain project documentation, support quality reviews, and prepare closeout deliverables.

Lead and mentor an Application Engineering team to deliver integrated enterprise security solutions. Provide technical oversight for system architecture, server/database configuration, testing, commissioning, and optimization while partnering with project, design, and operations teams. Manage resource planning, review RFP/RFIs, support estimating, promote continuous improvement, and ensure health & safety and high customer satisfaction.

Provide HR administrative support including maintaining employee records in Paycom and internal systems, monitoring HR inbox, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, tracking training and certifications, supporting safety and compliance documentation, assisting with background checks and I-9 verification, and partnering with global HR colleagues on processes and special projects.

Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling; implement and administer NetSuite Planning & Budgeting; partner with Finance, Operations, IT for ERP migration, UAT, data validation, and process automation to deliver actionable financial insights and improve reporting.

Manage global treasury operations including cash positioning, intercompany settlements, banking relationships, reconciliations, and month-end close. Produce cash flow and working capital reporting, drive NetSuite/SAP automation and process improvements, support audits, and partner with global Finance and Operations to optimize liquidity and controls.

Support financial reporting and month-end close, maintain general ledger, manage accounts receivable, monitor and reconcile project costs versus budgets, prepare journal entries and analyses, assist audits and management accounting tasks ensuring GAAP compliance.
