Job Description- Take ownership through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle
- Facilitates all the Scrum ceremonies
- Fetching reports from JIRA & maintaining sprint metrics
- To forecast and publish the plan for all the major projects running
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope & project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Keeping close track of all the deliveries
- Coach the team members around Scrum & Agile whenever needed
- Assist the Product team in maintaining the roadmaps & Backlogs
- Collaborates with other Technical Program Managers (TPM) to coordinate cross-team dependencies and other teams within the organization
- Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams
- Contributing ideas to product development initiatives
- Collaborating with system engineers and software architects
- Reporting product development progress to Senior Leadership
- Overseeing product deployment and integration.
- Evaluating product performance metrics and facilitating adjustments.
- Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Keeping up with advancements in product technologies
- Maintaining the open communication environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
- Total 5+ Years of experience in technical program management, in software product industry
- Expertise in Agile methodology
- Experience of Program/Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in a high-tech company, preferably in a B2C e-commerce environment
- A demonstrated experience driving agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and functional teams
- Proficiency in JIRA
- Scrum Certifications are a plus
- Demonstrate understanding of functional and technical information (e.g. user flows, technical system design, and workflows)
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
- 5+ years experience in technical program management in the software product industry.
- Expertise in Agile methodology and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Program/Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in a high-tech company.
- Experience in B2C e-commerce environment (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience driving agile software development with engineering, QA, and functional teams.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Scrum certification(s) (e.g., CSM, PSM).
- Understanding of functional and technical information (user flows, technical system design, workflows).
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Awareness of ISMS policies and ability to report suspected security incidents.
