Lead and manage Agile software development programs end-to-end: run scrum ceremonies, track JIRA metrics and sprint performance, plan and monitor project schedules, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, coach teams on Agile, collaborate with product, architects and engineers, report progress to leadership, oversee deployments, and ensure process documentation and information security compliance.

Lead the end-to-end flights product: define roadmap, optimize search-to-book funnel, own post-booking journeys, onboard airlines/GDS/NDC partners and B2B API distribution, run A/B tests, collaborate with design/backend/frontend/AI teams, and track funnel conversion, supply coverage, partner TAT, and customer satisfaction.

Manage and scale banking partnerships, flight distribution, and gift voucher business with end-to-end P&L ownership. Own partner relationships, negotiate commercials, execute campaigns, optimize processes, drive revenue growth, coordinate cross-functionally, ensure compliance, and deliver performance reporting and insights to leadership.

Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js, and implement AI-powered features using LLMs. Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, and integrations while working across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend systems. Own feature lifecycle from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and support, optimize databases, async/event-driven systems, and ensure production reliability and security.

Perform end-to-end product and business analytics: analyze user behavior and funnels, build automated BI dashboards, run A/B tests, develop predictive models and AI-driven analytics, and present data-driven product and growth recommendations.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript stacks. Develop responsive frontends with React/Next, backend services with Node/Express, integrate REST APIs and databases, troubleshoot performance, participate in code reviews and Agile processes, and follow security and deployment best practices.

Lead design, development, testing, release and maintenance of native iOS applications. Collaborate with Product, Design and QA, fix bugs, optimize performance, mentor peers, and adopt new Apple technologies and app monitoring tools.

Design, build, test, release and maintain native Android applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams across the full app lifecycle, optimize performance, fix bugs, implement security best practices, and adopt new mobile technologies to improve development efficiency.
