Interns will help build and scale voice AI systems, including voice bot configuration tools, queue and retry frameworks, call automation, servicing dashboards, backend data pipelines, and internal tools. The role involves production engineering practices such as testing, documentation, code reviews, design discussions, monitoring, and technical planning, while collaborating with engineering, product, and customer experience teams.

Develop and maintain native iOS applications across the full lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, App Store release, and support. Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, product, and business teams; improve performance, fix bugs, adopt emerging Apple technologies, establish development best practices, lead projects, and mentor peers.

Manage end-to-end hotel partner onboarding for ixigo, including documentation, property profile creation, content and listing quality audits, pricing and inventory accuracy, go-live execution, booking issue resolution, partner communication, and extranet training. Coordinate closely with Business Development Managers and hotel partners to meet activation SLAs and ensure high-quality listings.

Monitor customer service calls, emails, and chats against audit standards; identify errors and trends; deliver agent feedback and training; publish quality reports; conduct calibration sessions; define and cascade SOPs; design audit forms; and provide customer insights to product, technology, and marketing teams.

Design, build, operate, and scale secure, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes/EKS platforms. Develop Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, service mesh and gateway solutions, and centralized observability. Troubleshoot production systems across Linux, networking, databases, and distributed services while driving reliability, incident management, automation, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Apply generative AI and AIOps to troubleshooting, alerting, incident analysis, and engineering productivity.

Develop and architect scalable UI features across the application lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, app-store release, and support. Collaborate with technology, design, quality, developers, and product managers. Own modules end to end, improve frontend performance and compatibility, establish development best practices, and apply AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to enhance productivity and product capabilities.

Manage day-to-day finance operations for hotel partners including partner reconciliations, AR/AP billing, dispute resolution, GST/TDS data compilation, cash flow reporting, and three-way payment gateway reconciliations.
