We are looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager responsible for planning, governing, and delivering complex infrastructure programs consisting of multiple interdependent projects and workstreams. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, and drives timely delivery of scalable, secure, and operationally efficient infrastructure solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

• Manage comprehensive infrastructure and IT-related programs, ensuring effective planning, governance, coordination, and delivery across complex, interdependent initiatives.

• Define and maintain program roadmaps, strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.

• Coordinate across site leads, engineering teams, security, and global delivery teams for successful execution.

• Ensure program-level alignment on timelines, budgets, dependencies, and scope across all projects.

• Drive executive-level visibility and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.

• Leverage AI-driven insights to forecast program-level risks, dependencies, delivery trends, and financial impact.

• Manage cross-project dependencies, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, security, and business initiatives.

AI-Enabled Program Management

• Utilize AI-powered program management tools to improve planning accuracy, timeline forecasting, and workload optimization.

• Apply predictive analytics to identify schedule slippage, resource constraints, and delivery risks early.

• Use AI to generate status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards with data backed insights.

• Leverage AI for scenario modeling (what-if analysis) to support decision-making on scope, timelines, and resources.

• Promote responsible and compliant use of AI in program workflows, ensuring transparency and data security.

• Partner with engineering, security, and PMO teams to continuously enhance AI adoption in program delivery processes.

Technical Oversight

• Provide program-level oversight for infrastructure initiatives involving Zero Trust technologies, firewalls, Microsoft Azure, endpoint security, and telecom infrastructure.

• Lead enterprise initiatives such as cloud migrations, Zero Trust rollouts, device posture enforcement, secure access transformation, and telecom transformations.

• Oversee cloud and hybrid infrastructure initiatives with a security-first mindset.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with IT security and privacy policies.

• Ensure AI-assisted tools and automation comply with enterprise governance standards. 

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Negotiate goals, priorities, and expectations across departments.

• Lead regular program updates using AI-enhanced reporting to clearly communicate progress, risks, and deliverables. Program Governance, Process Optimization & Automation

• Establish and manage program governance frameworks including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change control, and financial tracking.

• Define and track program-level KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics to measure delivery health and business impact.

• Drive automation and documentation improvements using tools like JIRA and AIenabled workflows.

• Implement AI-supported task tracking, backlog prioritization, and dependency management.

• Lead onboarding and transitions for new sites or systems with minimal disruption.

• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and checklists for consistent execution.

• Continuously improve delivery efficiency through AI-based insights and process optimization.

Compliance & Governance

• Embed privacy, security, and compliance objectives into all program phases.

• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

• Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI technologies in project execution.

Collaboration & Communication

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans and deliverables across multiple projects.

• Communicate effectively with leadership, providing concise, outcome-driven updates and decision support.

• Act as a change leader driving adoption of program governance and AI-enabled delivery practices.

• Support global teams across regions, including the US and India, ensuring seamless coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, including 3+ years in program management.

• Strong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.

• Solid understanding of AI-assisted project management concepts (predictive planning, automation, analytics).

• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 and PMP standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

• Hands-on experience with cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Service Management platforms, JAMF, Zero Trust solutions, FortiGate, and Microsoft 365.

• Exposure to AI-enabled PM tools (e.g., Jira AI, Copilot, Smartsheet AI, Monday AI, Power BI with predictive analytics).

• Knowledge of hybrid and remote infrastructure support models.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications: ITIL 4, PMP, Scrum Master (AI or Agile certifications are a plus).
