Candidate Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the integrated Supply Chain Planning Transformation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, resource plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive overall governance, ensuring effective operation of Steering Committees, EMT reviews, core team meetings, and decision-making forums.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, status updates, business reviews, and governance materials for senior leadership.
  • Manage program-wide RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) processes and proactively drive mitigation, escalation, and resolution activities.
  • Own action, decision, and escalation management, ensuring clear accountability, timely follow-up, and transparent tracking.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple workstreams including Planning Transformation, Process Improvement, Operating Model, Data Governance, and Change Management.
  • Lead alignment and execution tracking across external partners, vendors, consultants, and internal IT and business teams.
  • Monitor program resource demand, capacity, and utilization to ensure successful delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate business change and communication activities, including newsletters, leadership briefings, stakeholder updates, workshops, and change impact assessments.
  • Serve as the central orchestration point of the transformation program, ensuring visibility, governance, compliance, and on-time delivery of program outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of program/project management experience, including leadership of large-scale business transformation or enterprise program initiatives.
  • Proven governance experience managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Allocation, and Manufacturing Planning.
  • Experience leading digital transformation programs involving planning platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or similar solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in governance, RAID management, decision management, dependency tracking, resource planning, and stage-gate delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting Steering Committees, senior leadership teams, and board-level discussions.
  • Strong vendor and partner management capabilities, including contract governance, SOW tracking, delivery oversight, and escalation management.
  • Advanced proficiency with project and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, APICS CSCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
