We're on the lookout for dynamic, open-minded individual to join our growing R&D - Cloud Engineering team.
As Program Manager you drive the delivery of investment cases. You are responsible for realizing the intended value of the investments we make. You are the voice of the customer within the team, you provide the technical thought leadership within your focus area and ultimately you ensure that we get great customer adoption and satisfaction in what we deliver.
Main Duties and Accountabilities
As Program Manager you will be expected to:

Ensure you deliver the intended value on time, on budget and with the right quality

Focus on customer value & prioritize work effectively in a value-driven manner

Plan, Execute & Monitor the progress of planned work

Understand technical aspects of the development & support the team on decision making

Manage risks, issues & dependencies, coordinating across product & technology areas where required

Manage customer escalations and handle communication

Secure quality throughout the entire lifecycle

Work with all aspects of the development cycle, from scope definition, design, estimating, planning, through to the actual execution, testing, quality assurance, delivery to market and ongoing support

Interact with stakeholders and report progress

Be proactive, drive and take ownership

Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Has excellent communication, presentation, strong decision making and negotiation skills.

Has great coordination skills.

Can work in extremely volatile and ambiguous situations and take calculated risks to take the team forward.

Can work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple competing priorities.

Promoted fair delegation of work & responsibility within teams.

Working Proficiency in Jira or similar issue & project tracking systems.

Has desire to learn new areas, find ways to improve & do things smarter.

A University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications in engineering & delivery of enterprise software solutions.

Experience of working with Cloud Native technology and Automated Deployment a distinct advantage
