Program Manager - Renewals Operations

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and analytically skilled Program Manager to join our Software Renewals organization. In addition to traditional program management and process improvement responsibilities, this role requires strong data literacy and hands-on experience with data tools such as Python, Power BI, and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will balance leading and standardizing processes across global teams with the ability to dive deep into data-driven insights and analytics.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Program and Process Management:

• Develop and implement standardized processes for salespeople across regions.
• Lead transformation initiatives and ensure smooth change management for Software Renewal Specialists.

Data-Driven Insights and Analytics:

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and data teams to analyze data sets, generate insights, and identify trends that inform customer success strategies.
• Utilize tools like Python, Power BI, and Snowflake to perform data analysis, create dashboards, and present actionable recommendations.

KPI Development and Tracking:

• Establish and track KPIs that incorporate both operational efficiency and data-driven metrics.
• Develop systems for continuous monitoring of performance metrics, ensuring both transparency and accountability.

Continuous Improvement and Technical Enablement:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement that leverages data insights to optimize processes and tools.
• Design onboarding and enablement programs that include training on data tools and analytics best practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in program management within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record of utilizing data analysis tools such as Python, Power BI, or Snowflake in a business context.
• Experience in customer success or software renewals is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong project management and change management skills.
