Job Description

In the Demo Platform team, we help people be heroes, which also makes us heroes! We develop the platform and capabilities that presales across the whole IFS ecosystem use to demonstrate the value of IFS Cloud to customers. Joining our team as the program manager is a unique opportunity to experience the selling side of IFS close-up, whilst still being part of a great R&D organization and one of Sri Lankas largest IT employers with ample career opportunities.

As the Program Manager for the Demo Platform team at IFS R&D, you will primarily be responsible for realizing the intended value of decided investment cases – which will primarily include:

• Leading planning, scoping, specification, and design validation efforts in close collaboration with the development team and product management.
• Representing our “customers” as their voice, which includes presales teams across the entire IFS ecosystem (internal and partner teams).
• Coordinating with other development and support teams to effectively manage dependencies, ensuring clear communication.

Qualifications

To be a successful Program Manager at IFS, having the right mindset is essential. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with a relevant academic degree (MSc. or BSc.) and experience in an agile product development environment. Familiarity with IFS Cloud or other ERP solutions is a strong advantage.

You may already be a project or a program manager, or you’re eager to take that as the next step in your career. You’ve likely worked as a developer or a business analyst role in the past. If you’re both innovative and execution-oriented, you could be the perfect fit!
