This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX Job Overview
We are on an aggressive path to scale our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to $5 Billion over the next five years, which requires a complete transformation of our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) infrastructure. This is a critical role within our Field Automation Sales Tool team as part of Revenue Operations that reports directly to the Manager, QTC Business Process Strategy & Operations.
The Program Manager, QTC Business Process Strategy & Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority projects within the QTC lifecycle, including those focused on scaling our partner ecosystem and ensuring global operational excellence. You will be the engine that helps translate complex business process designs into measurable, deployed system solutions - ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the strategic objectives of the business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Project Lifecycle: Manage multiple concurrent, complex QTC projects - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This includes developing detailed project plans that clearly define scope, establish realistic timelines, set clear stakeholder expectations, outline key milestones, and define measurable success criteria.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop and execute mitigation strategies to prevent roadblocks to project delivery and business transformation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating activities and aligning objectives across a wide range of teams, including IT, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Partner Organization, and Enablement. Act as a central point for clarifying and aligning project scope across various groups, resolving conflicts, and ensuring focus on the most impactful outcomes and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Decisions: Skillfully facilitate critical decisions among stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining project momentum.
  • Support the Framework for Change: Understand the structural framework necessary to support successful organizational or process change driven by the project, including understanding processes for enablement, IT, and other departments involved in change management.
  • Reporting and Transparency: Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels. Prepare and present regular project status updates and executive summaries to ensure alignment and transparency on project health, scope changes, and resource allocation.
  • Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive repository of project documentation, decisions, and artifacts using tools like Confluence to ensure auditability and knowledge transfer.
  • UAT and Deployment: Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, coordinating sign-offs from business stakeholders and ensuring a smooth, controlled deployment of new QTC processes and system features.
What You Bring:
  • Project Leadership: Act as the project leader, mapping out key milestones and decisions, and relentlessly driving all project deliverables forward to completion.
  • Neutral Party: Demonstrate the ability to operate as a neutral and objective facilitator, balancing diverse stakeholder perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Oversight: Oversee the project's timeline, scope, and success metrics, ensuring projects remain on track and deliver intended value.
  • Comprehensive Project Documentation: Meticulously complete and maintain all project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, risk logs, decision logs, and post-mortem analyses.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Expertly identify risks and blockers, communicating them effectively through the proper escalation channels.
  • Sponsorship Identification: Proactively identify potential gaps in project sponsorship and work to secure the necessary executive buy-in and support.
  • Deliver to Scope & Exit: Possess the discipline to deliver to the defined scope of the project, ensuring successful completion, and then effectively transition the project outcomes and exit, allowing operational teams to take ownership.
  • Outcome Monitoring Facilitation: Facilitate the workstream to support the creation and ongoing monitoring of project outcomes, ensuring sustained impact.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Project Management within a SaaS, Revenue Operations, or Business Transformation function.
  • Expertise in formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and keep complex projects on track in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and manage competing priorities among senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating polished project documentation and executive-level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the implementation of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) or related sales/finance systems (e.g., CPQ, Billing, Partner Communities, ERP).
  • Familiarity with the constraints and requirements of a public company environment, including SOX compliance.
  • Experience supporting projects related to global expansion or scaling a partner/channel sales model.
