Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Falls Church, VA

Duties/Tasks:
- The PMP candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
- The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
- The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
- The ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner is essential.
Experience
- Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a PMP within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy)
- Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
- Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
- Tailored Training: Experience providing customized training resources to meet the specific needs of Sailors.
- Skills Improvement: Ability to enhance the skills and readiness of Navy personnel through various educational opportunities.
- Performance Development: Experience supporting the overall professional growth of Sailors, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Increased Readiness: Knowledge of how to improve Sailor skills and ensure that Sailors are ready for operational demands.

Education:
- Bachelors degree (preferred in Healthcare)
