Position Title: Program Manager (PM)
Clearance Type Required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Serves as the single point of contact responsible for overall performance, management, cost, schedule, and quality of the ATLAS logistics support effort for USAJFKSWCS. Directs the contractor workforce across all performance sites and interfaces directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Serve as the single point of contact interacting with the COR on daily operational matters.

Exercise full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations.

Collect and maintain program data and provide monthly reports measuring cost, schedule, and performance.

Establish and maintain a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for collecting and reporting cost and performance data.

Establish and manage subcontracts as required, ensuring work is accomplished within budget and schedule.

Provide employees required training necessitated by technology changes in Government automation systems.

Prepare and brief reviews and analyses of overall contract progress and specific tasks.

Active Secret clearance, maintained throughout the period of performance

U.S. citizenship

At least five (5) years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce in support of a Department of War contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity

At least five (5) years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Valid state driver's license
Skills Required
- Active Secret security clearance maintained throughout the period of performance
- U.S. citizenship
- At least five years of program management experience overseeing a contractor workforce on a comparable Department of War contract
- At least five years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid state driver's license
