Description: In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Office of the CEO and executive leadership team, playing a crucial role in the operational and strategic alignment of the organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline governance processes, and facilitate effective communication across various departments. Your analytical mindset will enable you to assess organizational performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiencies. In this multifaceted role, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that Clearwater Analytics remains at the forefront of the FinTech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Office of the CEO and senior leadership on organizational priorities, initiatives, and challenges.
- Lead the development and implementation of analytical frameworks, governance processes, and program management strategies to drive operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- Conduct thorough analyses of key business metrics, extracting actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee special projects that enhance organizational capabilities and efficiency; manage project timelines, resources, and communications effectively.
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and communication to ensure clear understanding of objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement best practices and standardized processes for governance and program management across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, data analytics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in a consulting, analytical, or program management role, ideally in the FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in governance process creation and management.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving results and driving continuous improvement.

Salary Ranges:
Chicago: $120,000 - $170,000 + RSUs + Bonus
New York: $144,000 - $200,00 + RSUs + Bonus
