Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Program Manager (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Neuenstadt a.K.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kunden- und Produktprogrammen - von der Konzeptphase bis zum Serienauslauf
- Erstellung und proaktive Steuerung des Programmzeitplans unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität, Terminen und Kundenanforderungen
- Leitung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams aus Entwicklung, Qualität, Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und weiteren Fachbereichen
- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Produkt- und Produktionsanlauf sowie die Erreichung aller Programm- und Gate-Meilensteine
- Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements und Koordination der Umsetzung von Produkt- und Prozessänderungen
- Durchführung von Programm-, Phasen-, Launch- und Gate-Reviews sowie Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
- Identifikation und Eskalation von Risiken sowie Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen und Notfallpläne
- Steuerung des Anlaufkostenbudgets sowie Überwachung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenzielen
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Stakeholder in allen programmrelevanten Themen
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionsplanung, Qualitätskontrolle und Prozessoptimierung
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methoden und Lean-Management von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ihre bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Fachwissen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und Lieferantenmanagement
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von betrieblichen Abläufen, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Teammanagement
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable field
- Solid knowledge of production planning
- Solid knowledge of quality control
- Solid knowledge of process optimization
