Job Description:
We are seeking a Capture professional to lead complex, international electronic warfare technology program campaigns. Partnering with our nation's closest allies, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of building coalition capability and capacity around the globe.
In collaboration with a diverse cross-functional team they will develop and refine international country strategies and execute multi-year international campaign plans leading to successful program capture and execution. The successful candidate will develop deep international customer understanding/relationships and awareness of how customer needs align with product line and business area solutions. They will use strategic filters and awareness of the competitive international environment to develop capture strategies; leverage their outstanding collaboration skills to develop program solutions with internal cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and end-user customers; and successfully organize and lead bid and proposal activities.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. This candidate is expected to be able to work both independently and with small integrated teams. International travel to meet with customers and stakeholders is a requirement of the position. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Security Clearance:
- Secret
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 12+ years progressive program management, capture, technical leadership, or other relevant work.
- Experience in defense aerospace. Direct exposure to electronic warfare is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions, and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature.
- Domain experience and/or expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines.
- Demonstrated program/project management execution with the ability to develop $100M+ program/project plans, contracting strategies, schedule milestones, risks and contingency plans, staffing needs, lifecycle transitions, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates to enable customer planning and capture efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to foster long-term customer relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels to develop and achieve win-win solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a continually changing environment that requires a high degree of initiative, adaptability, and closure orientation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer understanding (Voice of Customer) into actionable requirements and capability offerings with accurate Price to Win (PTW) targets.
- Persuasive written and oral communication (briefings, marketing material, etc.).
- Defense industry experience with the ability to be cleared to Top Secret.
- Must be willing to travel, including internationally, up to 25-50%.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to perform capture planning and strategy development; geopolitical, market, and competitive Intelligence & analysis development; customer mapping and stakeholder analysis; and input to marketing and communication plans.
- FMS/DCS experience or experience with managing international business-to-business relationships; Knowledge of export control and technology transfer policies.
- Familiarity with execution of the capture lifecycle to include phase reviews, color team reviews, and bid status reviews.
- Active Top-Secret clearance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
