- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact to the Government, including the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and senior JIATF-CC leadership.
- Provide overall program leadership, management, and oversight for all contract operations, personnel, subcontractors, and deliverables.
- Manage execution of intelligence, targeting, ISR, Joint Operations Center (JOC), linguistic, HUMINT/CI, and operational coordination support across multiple locations.
- Ensure continuous mission coverage, operational readiness, and successful delivery of all contract requirements.
- Direct staffing, recruitment, retention, training, and performance management of contractor personnel.
- Oversee program cost, schedule, quality, risk management, and contract compliance.
- Lead interagency coordination and information sharing among DoW, DHS, DoJ, IC, and other mission partners.
- Prepare and deliver program status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews to Government stakeholders.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure intelligence products and operational support meet established standards for accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of program management experience supporting the Department of War.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university OR fifteen (15) or more years of experience in BOTH Program Management AND in the intelligence field.
- PMP Certified
- Experience shall include the capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms.
- Ability to manage multi-task contracts of various types and complexity.
- Active Top Secret clearance
