Maintains work plans, tracks milestones and funding, prepares policy analyses, briefings, and reports, coordinates with federal agencies and international partners, responds to information requests, and assesses partner training needs. The role requires strong project organization, communication, presentation, documentation, and customer-interfacing skills, along with DOE Q clearance eligibility.

Leads project finance for an international government-contracting portfolio, overseeing EACs, forecasting, billing, receivables, accruals, project accounting, funding, cash, financial reporting, and contract closeout. Advises division leadership, manages finance personnel, identifies financial risks, supports proposals and program transitions, and ensures accurate Costpoint setup and invoicing. The hybrid role is primarily remote with periodic work or travel to Alexandria, Virginia.
