We’re searching for a Program Manager II – Technical Delivery to join our R&D / Technical Delivery team, so that we can ensure complex, cross-functional technical initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned to our long-term strategic goals. The Program Manager II will own end-to-end technical program delivery—from scoping and requirements gathering through execution and release—translating high-level business and engineering objectives into actionable, results-driven plans that improve healthcare outcomes worldwide.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
· Driving adaptive prioritization and resource planning to maintain delivery continuity amid evolving engineering priorities
· Applying structured execution frameworks in order to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency across technical rollouts
· Engaging stakeholders across business and engineering teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaborative delivery
· Conducting systematic risk analysis and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard program outcomes
· Gathering and documenting technical requirements to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
· 3–5 years of experience in Program or Project Management within a technical environment
· Proven success in delivering cross-functional technical initiatives from requirements gathering through release
· In-depth knowledge of adaptive planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and structured program methodologies
· Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 (desirable)
· Sincere interest in improving healthcare safety and transforming care delivery through technology
· A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional, global teams while leading through influence and expertise
· Strong spoken and written English communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (Master’s degree, PMP, or Prince2 certification beneficial)
