Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for colleagues – Data Entry Specialists who will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate records of shipment data into the system. The Data Entry Specialists will communicate with everyone in the operations department and update the data to reflect correct information.

We are currently hiring for this position in two locations – our offices in Skopje and Strumica.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying the accuracy of shipment data, such as weight measurements, commodity of the freight, and pickup/delivery addresses are correct in the system.
• Schedule load for pickup and delivery and update delivery sites if the truck is late.
• Uploads needed paperwork in the system to confirm the data entered.
• Troubleshoot problems due to human or system errors to expedite the process needed for a load to transfer to the following department for handling.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure timely and accurate shipment data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

• Open to candidates with no prior experience
• Technically up-to-date, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Enthusiastic, persistent, proactive, and ambitious
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work in two shifts: 14:00 – 22:00 and 16:00 – 24:00 (US working hours)
