Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Retail Wireless Logistics Program Manager to build and foster relationships with both internal and external key partners to support Retail Wireless operations and programs.
This employee is responsible for working directly with our National Retail channel partners to be a subject matter expert for all logistics rules and requirements, and potential penalties from non-compliance. As a SME, this person ensures Boost Mobile's compliance with those requirements, is a key participant with all product launches and resets, and assists in driving operational efficiency and developing strategic capabilities. They will analyze, gather evidence, dispute, and report regularly on their chargeback resolution efforts. They will also assist in integration and set up with new 3PL partners.

To succeed as a Retail Wireless Logistics Program Manager, the chosen applicant will work cross-functionally, leveraging organizational resources to maximize operational effectiveness and achieve critical growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the main contact for National Retail Partners chargeback tracking, disputing, resolution and reporting
- Collaborating with internal and external partners on a daily basis to analyze data and identify and resolve the root causes for chargebacks and fines
- Utilizing National Retail Partner portals and other software to gather the needed data and information to successfully dispute chargebacks
- Monitoring and analyzing the individual programs performance and build cost effective strategies for improvement
- Understanding chargeback reporting, providing visibility and feedback to the key stakeholders while being accountable for sharing program achievements, issues, and concerns
- Tracking partners shipments to validate that they arrived within the specific delivery time windows
- Evaluate, measure, document, and improve processes
- Analyze logistics data for patterns and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement accordingly
- Interface with various 3rd party and/or internal logistics operations to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded
- Assist in creating new reports and dashboards as needed
- Be a primary contributor on setting up new 3PL partners as well as creating reporting to track KPI's
- Assist other team members as needed
Skills, Experience and Requirements
This position will report to the Retail Wireless Product Logistics Manager and play a pivotal role in the growth and long-term success of our company. They will have the opportunity to lend their vision to how the company engages, collaborates, and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford you the oversight and influence into many aspects of the business.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years of retail supply chain and logistics experience
- Strong preference for 1+ years of National Retail chargeback tracking and disputing with partners such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.
- 2+ years of data analytics / problem solving experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data and make strategic recommendations using various tools including Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Excellent facilitation skills, strong follow-through abilities, and ownership of initiatives and issues
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
