Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and implement best practices for a top-tier customer satisfaction program.
  • Design and lead a Mystery Shop program for in-store and phone assessments, providing actionable feedback to field leadership.
  • Conduct store visits and customer listening sessions to refine engagement strategies and emphasize the importance of in-store experiences with dealers.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Operations to develop customer-centric strategies and enhance processes, supporting product management with user stories.
  • Oversee and implement the Mystery Shop program across various locations, generating reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze mystery shop data to identify trends and present findings with improvement recommendations to stakeholders.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the wireless industry preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of successful project execution. Familiarity with business process improvements and system enhancements is a plus


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and seek innovative solutions
  • Experience in the wireless industry is advantageous
  • 50% travel required


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
