  5. Program Operations. Monitors day-to-day program operations across all regions, including performance standards, referral workflows, partner enrollment, and the vetting and approval of new partnerships.
  6. Program Governance & Audits. Conducts periodic partner reviews and audits, manages partner status changes in coordination with regional leadership, and recommends process improvements and program enhancements.
  7. Special Projects & Initiatives. Leads special projects as assigned, including new program development, reporting enhancements, marketing initiatives, and research and analysis to evaluate and implement solutions.
  8. Executive Communication. Prepares and delivers presentations on program direction, performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and regional stakeholders.
  9. Program & Vendor Management. Manages vendor and partner relationships supporting the program, with accountability for budgets and low-to-moderate operational complexity.
  10. Field Enablement & Support. Oversees training, contract administration, marketing materials, and support resources that enable agents and field teams to generate high-quality partnership referrals.
