Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. This role requires 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, and project management, with the ability to handle both small- and large-scale campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, possess strong project management skills, and have a keen eye for design and branding. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with cross-functional teams and directly supporting the India Marketing Head.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, leadership, HR, branding, and operations to drive marketing initiatives.
• Content & Presentation Design: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports, with strong storytelling and visualization skills.
• Data & Analytics: Use Excel to track campaign performance, create reports, and generate insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Brand & Industry Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s brand, industry trends, and business priorities to drive strategic initiatives.
• Hands-on Execution: Actively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the marketing and communications team while supporting the India Marketing Head.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
• Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and initiatives with strong organizational skills.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, dashboards, reporting).
• PowerPoint expertise with strong presentation design skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (preferred, not mandatory).
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to work cross-functionally across teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing efforts with business goals while understanding industry trends and the organization’s positioning.
• Proactive & Hands-on Approach: A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
