In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a multi-functional, global program spanning:

  • Program management and administration
  • Curriculum development

Responsibilities:

Lead a High-Impact Program

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and overall leader for this complex, mission-critical program
  • Manage a diverse team of 200+ professionals supporting 300+ locations across CONUS and OCONUS

Drive Excellence Across All Functions

  • Deliver comprehensive program management, administration, curriculum development, onsite training and advisory support, data analysis, and program evaluation
  • Lead the planning and execution of tactical and operational goals aligned with modernization strategy
  • Direct all aspects of cost, schedule, and performance to meet or exceed contract deliverables

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Interface regularly with senior Government and military services stakeholders to communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
  • Ensure high performance across all task areas through effective performance management, quality oversight, and coordination with government leadership

Stay Connected to the Mission

  • Travel as needed to support site visits, program activities, and customer engagements at various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications:

Required:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification

​Experience:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in program or project management
  • 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex operations with demonstrated expertise in leading teams and managing programs of national scope in the Federal Government
  • Experience leading a program team of 200+ personnel and managing geographically distributed teams
  • Experience managing personnel and processes such as the Service Contract Act requirements and overseas Status of Forces Agreements

Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Proven track record of engaging with related agencies at a senior level to foster collaboration and ensure strategic alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to address complex issues and influence policy and decision-making across organizations

Desired:

  • Experience managing programs valued at $100M+
  • Proven track record managing larger scale programs ($25M+ annually)

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,800 - $290,000
