Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead medium to large-scale strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and business outcomes are achieved.
  • Develop execution plans, milestones, success metrics, and governance mechanisms to support disciplined delivery.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive open actions to closure across multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide clear project updates, decision points, and recommendations to leadership and business partners.

Business Transformation & Process Excellence
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify planning pain points, process gaps, and opportunities for simplification.
  • Drive improvements that enhance planning effectiveness, reduce manual work, and strengthen cross-functional execution.
  • Support scalable and sustainable business processes that can enable future automation and data-driven planning.
  • Promote continuous improvement through structured problem solving, fact-based analysis, and practical implementation.

Planning Systems & Digital Enablement
  • Collaborate with users and digital solution teams to define business requirements and translate them into system capabilities.
  • Drive implementation, adoption, and continuous enhancement of Frontend planning platforms and supporting applications.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve data quality, system integration, visibility, and user experience across planning tools.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives that enable automation, analytics, and AI-driven planning capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
  • Build strong working relationships across Frontend Planning, Supply Chain, SMAI, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other business functions.
  • Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholder groups and drive timely decisions on priorities, scope, and trade-offs.
  • Present recommendations, business cases, and program outcomes to both technical audiences and management.
  • Balance business requirements, technical considerations, and operational constraints to enable practical solutions.

Team Leadership & Capability Development
  • Lead and develop a small team of engineers or program resources, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on project execution, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
  • Create an environment where team members take ownership, communicate proactively, and follow through on commitments.

Industry Analysis & Strategic Insights
  • Conduct market intelligence, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support long-term planning through data analysis, scenario evaluation, and strategic recommendations.
  • Assess new practices, tools, and methodologies that can improve planning capability and operational performance.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, planning, operations, supply chain, business transformation, or program management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing a team.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, capacity planning, factory operations, or planning systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into executable solutions while balancing technical, operational, and organizational considerations.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels and gain alignment without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, system implementation, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis techniques.
