We are seeking a proficient Program Manager to join our PMO and help us to manage the programs within the aerospace portfolio. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate multiple projects, engage stakeholders, and drive decisions to ensure program and its related projects are delivered successfully. This role combines excellent leadership, structured program governance, and ability to align programs with organizational strategies and goals to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:Project Actions: Lead programs. Mentors Project Managers and Project Coordinators
Product Actions: Accountable for program results
Project Artifacts: Accountable for program artifacts (strategy, benefits, scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, project integration, ROI, etc.)
Project Governance: Lead program status reviews and updates for stakeholders
Project Life Cycle: Accountable for program gates and deliverables
Lead cross-functional teams with vision, motivation, and emotional intelligence
Build trust, inspiring collaboration, and fostering team performance
Align programs with organizational strategies and goals to deliver business value
Communicate effectively to all audiences, including executives, team members, and stakeholders
Engage, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels - identifies and addresses stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns
Use metrics, KPIs, and other tools to track program progress and address issues proactively
Manage budgets, forecasts costs, allocate resources and track financial performance across the program
Manage organizational change and ensure successful adoption of program outcomes
Coordinates multiple interrelated projects using advanced methodologies (e.g., Agile/SCRUM, Lean Portfolio Management) and tools (Planisware, Jira, etc.)
Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure synergy across projects within a program to maximize value and achieve program-wide objectives
Proven experience in program management with accountability for results
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in both program and project management methodologies and tools
Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, risks, timelines, scope and organizational changes
Ability to analyze and solve problems, prioritize and make decisions under pressure
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and/or in matrix environments
Fluent Polish & English skills
PMP, PgMP or Agile Project Management certification preferred
Salary ranges from 17,000 to 27,000 PLN monthly/gross, depending on seniority and proficiency
