The Role

We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong foundation in data analysis to join our fast-moving, results-oriented Product Engineering team. This role is key to driving alignment, transparency, and strategic decision-making by providing insights that monitor progress, identify risks, and support successful delivery across multiple projects. As a cloud company, delivering frequent, high-quality product releases is at the core of what we do. While technical depth isn’t essential, you’ll need sufficient technical literacy to identify dependencies, collaborate with dependent teams, and communicate effectively.

We constantly balance New Feature Development, bespoke customer requirements and Support & Operational escalations. This role is focused on supporting delivery through thoughtful analysis, structured processes, and continuous improvement, ensuring that teams are empowered to execute with confidence and clarity at every stage of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You will work collaboratively with Engineers, Architects, Operations, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to support every phase of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) while fostering continuous improvement, process optimisation, and clear communication.

Your Day-to-Day

As a vital support partner to teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll drive visibility, alignment, and accountability across projects by leveraging strategic planning, reporting, and actionable insights:

• Facilitate Stand-Ups & Problem-Solving: Lead daily team stand-ups, document blockers or risks, and provide insights to foster team alignment and proactive issue resolution.

• Plan & Coordinate Milestones: Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate project milestones and release planning, ensuring critical action items are well-documented and tracked.

• Monitor Dashboards & Project Artifacts: Use tools like Excel and Power BI to maintain dashboards and key project artefacts, offering real-time insights on project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines for data-driven decision-making.

• Leverage Collaboration Tools: Employ JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI to ensure project transparency, provide insights, and align progress with commitments and deadlines.

• Assess & Mitigate Change Impacts: Monitor change requests, evaluate their business implications, and assist teams with risk mitigation strategies.

• Analyse Metrics to Predict Outcomes: Collect and analyse key lifecycle metrics using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making.

• Facilitate Retrospectives: Coordinate review sessions, synthesising successes and challenges to foster continuous improvement.

• Align on Security & Compliance Priorities: Work with Product Management and Engineering leadership to prioritise security and compliance risks, aligning technical efforts with organisational goals.

• Drive Process Improvements: Use data analysis (via Excel and Power BI) to support evidence-based decisions related to engineering operations and software delivery.

What You Bring to the Team We’re seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong organisational skills, a commitment to transparency, and a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Proven experience managing projects and driving insights using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI to monitor progress and analyse trends.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to follow through on commitments.

• Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to shift priorities effectively under pressure.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, objectivity, and fostering team alignment.

• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
