Position: Program Manager for our 24/7 Youth Residential Facility
Salary: $60-$70k based on experience.
Hours: Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8pm (4-10's)
Location: Laradon- 5100 Lincoln St. Denver, CO 80216

The Calabrese Youth Center Program Manager will coordinate 24-hour residential services to children/youth served in Laradon's Calabrese Youth Center program. The Program Manager will oversee Residential Counselors; interact with department executive director and leadership team to ensure quality of life and upward development for children/youth.
No day is ever alike but you can generally look forward to the following . . .
- Monitor and implement programming.
- Report all facility maintenance issues.
- Focus on teaching staff ways to improve in their roles. Perform supervision and accountability of staff performance ensuring they are supported and empowered to make appropriate clinical decisions. Coordinate and provide staff training and development with BCBA.
- Ensure development and implementation of weekly activity schedules by Residential Counselors for the youth.
- Schedule and guarantee adequate shift coverage and document overtime, this includes you providing actual direct care coverage.
- 24-hour on-call on your 3.5 days.
- Participate in staff and leadership meetings.
- Ensure children/youth's medical and health needs are met.
- Ensure children/youth's incident reports (PMRs and GERs) are completed in a timely manner and follow-up as necessary.
- Establish and maintain written and verbal communication with governing agencies, families/guardians, providers and community.
- Assist in quality assurance procedures and policy development to ensure compliance with governing agencies. Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
- Represent Laradon in the community.
- Provide 24-hour crisis intervention and counseling to children/youth, as needed.
- Drive participants as necessary for program needs.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- As Laradon is a small employer and employees work in a collaborative, team environment, employee must be physically present in the office to perform his/her job functions.

- Pre-Employment: Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and CBI/FBI Federal background check.

- Brains –Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field/Associate's degree and two years of experience in Human Services or related field preferred
- Super star communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication
- Mindset – Desire to mentor and teach Laradon team members, subordinates and peers
- Skillset - One year of management experience, and three years of Trauma Informed Care experience preferred
- Safe on wheels – Valid driving license, good driving record, and reliable personal transportation
- Super strength - Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds
