Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, training, HRIS administration, organizational development, and HR operations. Provide strategic HR leadership, supervise HR staff, monitor HR metrics, support culture and succession planning, and ensure adherence to employment laws and safety initiatives.

Unpaid fall internship supporting nonprofit communications and volunteer management: write and post monthly blog stories, create social media content, recruit and onboard volunteers, manage day-of volunteer logistics, assist with the End of Year Appeal, and collaborate with the communications team. Requires in-office attendance twice weekly and travel to client sites. Must earn school credit and commit to at least three continuous months.
