Position Overview:
The Program Manager (Business Operations / PMO) drives high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve how the business operates—from new process design through vendor selection and enterprise software implementation. This role leads multiple concurrent programs, building structure in ambiguity and translating leadership intent into clear plans, decisions, and execution. You will partner closely with senior leaders and teams across Operations, Finance, IT, Support, Sales Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes on time and with measurable adoption. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong business acumen, executive-ready communication, and a passion for learning systems and technology.
Our environment is fast-growing and high-ownership: priorities shift, problems are complex, and teams rely on each other to deliver. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and an ability to align stakeholders through clear operating rhythms and data-driven decisions.
This is an in-office role in our Makati office. The hours for this position are M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PT.
