Protegrity is seeking an Agile Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end program execution for GenAI-based product releases.

• Establish objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.

• Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Support.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration and execution.

• Develop detailed program execution plans covering timelines, resources, risk management, and budgets.

• Utilize strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Assist in designing/improving SDLC processes based on standard agile principles.

• Mentor teams on Agile/Scrum best practices for smooth release delivery cycles.

• Engage with stakeholders like Development Managers and Product Owners to define priorities and roadmaps.

• Act as a liaison between executive leadership and project teams.

• Deliver regular updates on program status to CTO, CEO, and key executives.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively throughout the program lifecycle.

• Ensure robust contingency planning responsive to potential threats.

• Uphold high standards of quality in data security solutions.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Must: PMP and/or PGMP (Plus: ACP, CSM, PSM) Certifications.

• Manage and complete program cycles (Design-Code-Test-Bug Fixing-Demo-Launch) with large-scale service/product teams.

• 10+ years total experience; 3+ years in program management; 8+ years in delivery management within a product organization.

• Desirable experience in AI-driven projects/products.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balancing business needs and technical constraints.

• Prepare and deliver detailed reports across varying cadences (Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly).

• Experience with Jira administration, Salesforce, ensuring all requests are added, prioritized, and addressed.

• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and learning opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code, DevOps principles.

• Experience managing 2-3 product teams of 10-15 members effectively. Excellent skills in resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Understanding of NLP, GANs, Transformers, familiarity with GPT and OpenAI frameworks.

• Knowledge of ethical considerations and compliance issues related to AI solutions.

• Foster an innovative culture using AI for strategic advantages.

• Encourage exploration of AI advancements and their business impacts.

• Strategic Thinking: Aligning project goals with business objectives.

• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Tackling complex challenges; making informed decisions under pressure.

Desired Technical Proficiency:

• Big Data Expertise: understanding of Big data and / OR Apache Iceberg technology and applications for extensive data management.

• Data Lake Integration: Familiarity with complementary frameworks such as Apache Spark, Flink, and Hive for seamless integration.

• Scalable Data Solutions: Experience in designing cloud-based scalable data solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Data Security Skills: Strong grasp of data encryption and masking techniques, along with knowledge of international compliance regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

• Security Frameworks: Proficient in security frameworks such as NIST and OWASP, and communication protocols including SSL/TLS.
