Lead pre-sales technical engagements to architect, demo, and deliver Protegrity data protection solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. Run POCs, map data flows, produce solution designs, collaborate with sales and services, mentor peers, and validate deployments using AWS/Azure/GCP and container platforms.

Own the roadmap and delivery of user-facing GenAI capabilities, including conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions, across cloud and on-premises products. Partner with customers, design, and engineering to validate ideas, conduct market and competitive research, define success metrics, and drive adoption. Ensure products meet global security, privacy, and AI governance standards while managing the full lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.

Leads the Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, development lifecycle, governance, security, integrations, and continuous modernization. Designs solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and automation. Manages deployments, source control, CI/CD, environments, and release governance while coaching a Salesforce Administrator. Partners cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable solutions and evaluates AI, MCP, and emerging Salesforce capabilities.

Design and build an ontology and deterministic reasoning layer unifying structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Model entities, relations, constraints and rules; ensure traceable, auditable derivations. Use LLMs at ingestion with validation, implement retrieval (vector/keyword/graph), improve entity resolution and conflict handling, and ship production services and research prototypes focused on correctness and maintainability.

Design and build scalable backend systems for secure GenAI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high software standards.

The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer drives technical leadership in UI systems, collaborates with partners, and ensures high-quality user experiences across products. They manage architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps practices for scalable delivery, emphasizing security and performance.

The Technical Lead at Protegrity will guide the development of the platform, ensuring adherence to standards, mentoring teams, and implementing best practices in software development and data security.

Lead 2-3 product engineering teams to build and maintain a reusable UI platform. Set technical direction for micro-frontends, React/TypeScript standards, Module Federation, shell SDKs, CI/CD, and integration with backend services. Drive execution through sprint planning, code reviews, hands-on contributions, and partnership with product and design to deliver secure, accessible, and scalable product experiences.

Drive pipeline for Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts through targeted outbound and inbound outreach. Research accounts, map stakeholders, qualify leads, book meetings for AEs, maintain CRM data, hit outreach KPIs, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.

Lead and scale the Program Management function to deliver strategic product, platform, and AI/security initiatives. Establish governance, drive cross-functional execution, manage portfolio risks and resources, report portfolio health to executives, and coach a team of Program Managers to improve delivery predictability and operational maturity.

Lead post-sales strategic customer engagements for enterprise accounts, driving retention, adoption, modernization to containerized platforms, and GenAI data-protection use cases. Act as trusted advisor across executives and engineers, coordinate with architects, Support, Services and Product, develop account roadmaps, run risk playbooks, and enable AI Team Edition rollouts while mentoring peers.
