This role collaborates closely with the Learning and Leadership Center of Excellence in HR, as well as the NMG Process and Program teams, to ensure the smooth rollout of new processes, tools, and initiatives. A strategic problem solver, this individual is skilled at simplifying complex concepts and is responsible for developing, executing, and sustaining training and deployment strategies that enable organizational adoption. The ideal candidate brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, project planning, change management, process improvement, building instructional materials, and performance measurement.

A day in the life…

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR Learning & Leadership, NMG Process and Program, and Enterprise Ops to develop, deploy, and sustain training programs that support key business initiatives.

  • Create people-centric training content tailored for varied learning styles, simplifying complex topics for end-user understanding.

  • Facilitate training sessions, effectively engaging and educating large groups.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and align programs with business objectives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.

  • Leverage data and feedback to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve deployment strategies.

  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions in order to achieve business milestones.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams through change and reinforcing best practices for long-term success.

You own this if you have…

  • 4+ years of experience in training, deployment, project/program management, change management, or business process improvement.

  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and sustainment methodologies.

  • Strong experience in developing and delivering training content across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning).

  • Proven ability to drive change in a complex environment through training and deployment initiatives.

  • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills. Adept at translating technical or complex information into simple, actionable steps.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience working cross-functionally to align training and deployment strategies with business goals.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and Change Management certification.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving efficiency, empowering teams through training, and ensuring successful adoption of business initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you!
