Responsibilities
This position serves as a key liaison between campuses and the central office, ensuring that all program components are implemented with fidelity and in compliance with TEA, federal, and district requirements. The Program Manager Specialist provides leadership, coaching, and technical assistance to campus staff, monitors program quality, and supports data-driven decision¬making to improve student outcomes.
