About the role
The Program Management Trainee is a foundational role designed to groom the next generation of commercial leaders at Igloo. You will support the team in strengthening Igloo’s presence across Southeast Asia by learning how to manage existing client relationships and assist in sourcing new strategic partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner Support: Act as a junior point of contact for existing partners, learning to nurture relationships and maximize satisfaction.
- Growth Assistance: Collaborate with senior managers to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding the use of Igloo’s digital insurance solutions.
- Pipeline Building: Conduct market research to identify potential partners in sectors like e-commerce and lifestyle protection.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work across product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Sales Enablement: Assist in preparing materials for prospective client presentations and support the structuring of new agreements.
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Interest: A strong interest in the insurance, fintech, or tech industries.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building connections with diverse audiences.
- Mindset: A highly collaborative attitude and an analytical mindset.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
