Scope:
- Lead the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of cross-functional supply chain initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. As a Director-Int, Initiative Operations, you will oversee high-impact SaaS initiatives from planning through delivery, aligning teams, processes, and tools to ensure measurable success.

- Cloud & SaaS – Supply Chain Solutions
- Data & Analytics – Initiative tracking, reporting, and governance
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from concept through GA—for strategic initiatives.
- Optimize initiative governance using Jira, Aha, and Jellyfish to increase visibility and control.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
- Lead process improvements and standardize initiative execution practices across teams.
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations to drive business value and long-term scalability.
What we are looking for:
- 13 to 15 years of program or project management experience in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams to deliver Initiatives and Programs.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery and change management principles.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Aha, and Jellyfish for tracking, governance, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the agility to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
