Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, financial, and organizational support to the Project and Program Managers
- Provide financial tracking and reporting, and maintain spreadsheets for budget, forecasting, answering data calls, etc.
- Understand invoice and billing procedures, and update financial trackers accordingly
- Prepare and review purchase orders, and verify if there is funding available
- TACNET and/or NIWC LANT experience preferred
- Maintain and review various purchasing and procurement reports, and use that information to maintain financial data
- Track and report Subcontractor activity and cost
- Provide accurate figures for long term planning, budgeting, forecasting
- Prepare monthly reports (CDRL’s) and submit for review and ensure delivery to the Government by report due dates
- Report up to date personnel information, such as, training activity, badge expiration dates, etc.
- Support Project Manager in administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, reporting data, etc
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
- Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Experience shall include collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government. Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. Develop solutions to problems. In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture. Prepare and solve mathematical models.
- Specific Experience: Individual shall have notable experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations, TACNET, or other Navy C4I systems. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance walking in the door.
