RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government designated Blue List projects and functional areas
- Coordinates with the Government Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, the CPM, and other stakeholders to support successful execution of assigned projects
- Coordinates with the Government to develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations supporting continued improvement and growth of the Blue List Program
- Plans, coordinates, monitors, and reports on assigned projects and functional areas to ensure alignment with Government priorities and program objectives
- Facilitates collaboration among Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and external partners
- Develops and maintains project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and other management artifacts
- Identifies risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement and provides recommendations to the Government Blue List Program Manager and the CPM
- Prepares recurring status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
- Supports Government led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, and tracking follow up activities
BACKGROUND/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Management, or a related business or technical field preferred)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience, with direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven capability to manage multi tenant or cross functional stakeholder networks and compile rigorous programmatic deliverables (e.g., MSRs, Risk Matrices, and QMPs)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership

- Active or interim DoW security clearance; favorably adjudicated Tier 3 background investigation required

- Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000
