Manages all contractor performance and museum operations for the National Coast Guard Museum. Oversees workforce supervision, quality control, contract administration, invoicing, staffing costs, visitor services, volunteers, education, IT/AV, exhibit maintenance, and events. Serves as the primary contractor-Government liaison, supports policy implementation, manages budgets and personnel, and translates strategic goals into annual plans and KPIs.

Supports museum IT infrastructure, internal and public networks, visitor WiFi, backups, access control, gallery and theater systems, digital displays, event technology, and hardware troubleshooting. Ensures secure separation of guest and internal systems, assists with data restoration and protection, and coordinates with exhibits and AV staff to maintain reliable museum technology operations.

Manages daily delivery of K–12 and adult education programs at the National Coast Guard Museum, including STEM and history sessions, field trips, volunteers, educational materials, safety, scheduling, and instructional staff supervision. The role also develops curriculum improvements, coordinates school and community partners, and supports mobile education initiatives.

Analyze disparate personnel datasets, develop Qlik or Tableau dashboards, create data manipulation scripts, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations for senior leadership. The role also supports data management, enterprise analytics, AI products, secure handling of sensitive personnel information, data pipelines, technical writing, and business reporting. Required technologies include Databricks, Python, Spark, Pandas, SQL, and Qlik. An active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Serve as the senior technical resource for Oracle database administration, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, capacity planning, and enterprise integrations. Manage ServiceNow tickets and change requests within SLAs, assist users with database configuration, document system changes and procedures, and produce weekly activity reports. Support scheduled patching and maintenance, with occasional after-hours availability. The role requires extensive enterprise Oracle experience and federal background investigation adjudication.

Prepares and processes complex litigation documents, maintains case dockets and records, tracks deadlines and court events, manages AUSA calendars, conducts legal database research, drafts correspondence, and supports hearings and trials by organizing exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions, and trial notebooks.

Develop and maintain software, data pipelines, ETL workflows, automation, and databases supporting SAPRO's mission. Use R, SQL, Python, and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and analytical workflows. Troubleshoot and optimize pipelines, enhance software, define technical requirements, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires at least three years of data engineering experience and an active Secret clearance.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical workflows using Databricks, Python, Spark, and SQL. Automate ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and delivery across structured and semi-structured datasets. Implement data-quality controls, validation, schema enforcement, anomaly detection, and integrity checks. Troubleshoot ETL failures, improve processing efficiency, collaborate with mission stakeholders, and develop dashboards, models, and decision-support products for financial reporting and enterprise analytics.

Secures a ServiceNow platform supporting the DoD Blue UAS Cleared List. Responsibilities include architecting security controls, enforcing IL4/IL5 data segregation, maintaining RBAC and security documentation, developing RMF artifacts, managing POA&Ms, coordinating with government stakeholders, conducting continuous monitoring, and supporting ATO compliance. The role requires ServiceNow security expertise, NIST and DoD RMF experience, relevant certifications, and an active or interim DoD security clearance.

Secures a ServiceNow platform supporting a DoD-cleared drone systems program. Responsibilities include architecting security controls, enforcing IL4/IL5 data segregation, maintaining RBAC and security documentation, developing RMF artifacts and System Security Plans, managing POA&Ms, conducting continuous monitoring, reviewing vulnerabilities and penetration tests, and supporting the Authority to Operate process. The role coordinates with government program and authorization officials and requires compliance with DoD cybersecurity qualifications, NIST controls, FedRAMP High, and DoD security requirements.

Performs Oracle database administration, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, capacity planning, backup and restore, patching, performance tuning, high availability and disaster recovery support. Manages ServiceNow tickets and RFCs, troubleshoots application integrations, assists users, documents configurations and procedures, produces support reports, and escalates complex issues. The role requires experience with Oracle and multiple database platforms, ITSM tools, monitoring systems, automation, and enterprise production environments.

Manages SQL clusters, ServiceNow tickets, RFCs, application integrations, documentation, and operational reporting. Leads incident response and recovery drills, supports multi-platform database environments, collaborates with Oracle DBAs, and mentors mid-level staff. The role is remote, supports federal government systems, and requires periodic after-hours maintenance availability.

Coordinate fact witness management for federal cases, including scheduling court and grand jury appearances, arranging travel and lodging, preparing reimbursement documentation, maintaining files and databases, tracking case dates, and communicating with witnesses, attorneys, courts, and government agencies. Provide courtroom orientation and administrative support while ensuring compliance with Department of Justice and U.S. Attorney’s Office procedures.

The role requires federal or DoW ServiceNow project experience, Agile or PMP certification, secure cloud knowledge, and an active or interim DoW clearance.

Manage up to 10 IT projects for the U.S. Capitol Police, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, documentation, risk resolution, change control, and stakeholder reporting. Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies; monitor performance using project-management tools; and support PMO reviews and findings tracking.

Manages the DCMA Blue List Program as the primary contractor liaison and authority for contract performance. Oversees contractor operations, staffing, compliance, deliverables, labor reporting, risks, and performance standards. Develops and maintains resource-loaded integrated master schedules covering milestones, software releases, and dependencies, applying critical path analysis to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Coordinates with government program managers and CORs, maintains management reports, and supports facility access, security, and administrative requirements.

Manages contract performance for the Blue UAS Cleared List program, serving as the primary liaison between contractor personnel and the Government. Directs a 14-person team, oversees staffing and deliverables, maintains resource-loaded integrated master schedules, analyzes schedule risks using CPM, tracks performance and labor reporting, coordinates security and facility requirements, and communicates risks, issues, and recommendations to government leadership.

Provides administrative, executive, and program coordination support to the Blue UAS Cleared List Program Office. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travel authorizations, correspondence, action trackers, decision logs, records, reports, presentations, and administrative workflows. The analyst monitors suspense dates, coordinates communications among stakeholders, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvements. The role is based onsite in San Diego and requires U.S. citizenship and an active or interim security clearance.
