Maintain urgency, meet deadlines, and guide candidates through the full talent acquisition lifecycle.

Provide senior operational support for the Naval Dosimetry Center, ensuring compliance with NVLAP and HPS standards, timely validated exposure reports, controlled procedures, training execution, and stakeholder coordination. Serve as an accredited signatory and deputy leader to sustain department operations in the Department Head's absence.

Develop and automate Python-based ETL and data pipelines in Databricks; clean and preprocess manpower/personnel data; build, train, and deploy machine learning models; create Qlik/Tableau reports and dashboards; maintain historical data and troubleshoot ETL; produce documentation and data products; collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

Provide paralegal support to USAO attorneys: organize and track documents, maintain calendars and deadlines, locate witnesses, examine records, conduct legal research, draft correspondence and proposed court orders, scan and maintain electronic case files, and support Affirmative Civil Enforcement unit.

Design, build, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and secure REST APIs. Manage Aurora PostgreSQL data access and schemas, implement DevSecOps security controls, support FedRAMP/IL4 and Zero Trust compliance, enable data ingestion and migration, optimize performance and HA, and produce documentation and artifacts for Government review and release processes.

Provide administrative and technical legal support to Assistant U.S. Attorneys: perform electronic court filings (ECF/PACER), prepare and organize case and trial materials, maintain calendars and schedules, coordinate witnesses and agencies, assist with legal and factual research and e-discovery, arrange travel, prepare authorizations, and manage records and filings.
