Manage up to 10 IT projects for the U.S. Capitol Police, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, documentation, risk resolution, change control, and stakeholder reporting. Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies; monitor performance using project-management tools; and support PMO reviews and findings tracking.

Manages the DCMA Blue List Program as the primary contractor liaison and authority for contract performance. Oversees contractor operations, staffing, compliance, deliverables, labor reporting, risks, and performance standards. Develops and maintains resource-loaded integrated master schedules covering milestones, software releases, and dependencies, applying critical path analysis to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Coordinates with government program managers and CORs, maintains management reports, and supports facility access, security, and administrative requirements.

Manages contract performance for the Blue UAS Cleared List program, serving as the primary liaison between contractor personnel and the Government. Directs a 14-person team, oversees staffing and deliverables, maintains resource-loaded integrated master schedules, analyzes schedule risks using CPM, tracks performance and labor reporting, coordinates security and facility requirements, and communicates risks, issues, and recommendations to government leadership.

Provides administrative, executive, and program coordination support to the Blue UAS Cleared List Program Office. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travel authorizations, correspondence, action trackers, decision logs, records, reports, presentations, and administrative workflows. The analyst monitors suspense dates, coordinates communications among stakeholders, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvements. The role is based onsite in San Diego and requires U.S. citizenship and an active or interim security clearance.

Build and enhance Palantir Foundry applications using Workshop, Ontology Manager, and Gaia. Analyze, clean, visualize, and summarize mission data; develop geospatial maps and AI-powered insights; translate stakeholder requirements into efficient workflows and user-friendly applications; maintain databases; and collaborate with mission users and engineers to support operational decision-making.

Build and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC, implement and automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, container/IaC scanning), perform vulnerability remediation and patching, configure monitoring and logging, and coach developers on secure coding to maintain compliance and support POA&M remediation.
